The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) and e& enterprise’s joint efforts aim to facilitate a seamless transition towards Industry 4.0 innovations, endorsing environmentally-conscious practises, and harnessing the technological capabilities of e& enterprise, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence.
ADDED and e& enterprise will collaborate on the development of shared white papers and workshops, enhancing research and knowledge dissemination, and raising awareness about sustainable manufacturing practises. Additionally, the two entities will explore opportunities to provide digital solutions for manufacturing operations, thereby promoting sustainability and bolstering operational efficiency.
Moreover, both parties aspire to champion the programmes and incentives outlined in the Abu Dhabi Industrial Strategy by leveraging e& enterprise’s platforms and services. They also intend to identify collaboration opportunities to drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 in the industrial sector. This strategic partnership will focus on establishing specialised centres, creating high-quality employment opportunities, enhancing international trade, and positioning Abu Dhabi as a competitive industrial hub in the broader region.
