Kao Data, a leading provider of high-performance data centres for enterprise, cloud, HPC, and AI, has named David Bloom as its new Chairman. As one of the company’s founding investors and a Partner at Goldacre NOÉ Group, Bloom will play an active role in guiding Kao Data’s strategic development and fostering its growth in the UK and Europe.

David Bloom first founded Goldacre in 2012, prior to merging with the NOÉ Group, Today, David Bloom oversees Goldacre’s digital infrastructure and venture capital investments, deploying over £500m in equity investment. In 2022, under his guidance, Goldacre launched NED Data Centres through a joint venture with The Levinstein Group for the Middle Eastern market. With almost two decades of experience in data centre funding and development, David Bloom is well placed to lead Kao Data’s platform expansion.
