Over 25 years David has led projects for: Colt Data Centre Services, Aligned Data Centers, Whole Earth Networks, Vixie Enterprises, Various Telecoms, iAsiaWorks, Nielsen, Broadcom, craigslist, Intel, Bloom Energy, Pandora, Vantage Data Centers, Palatine Capital Management, Wells Fargo and Jones Lang LaSalle. He has experience as an operator, developer and investor and as a representative acting in behalf of the investors, developer or tenant. David has a unique capacity to either build the data center envelope and/or its contents. As employee, principal, or consultant he has taken a hands-on role in the acquisition, development, expansion, migration, technology refresh, retrofit as well as the commissioning and decommissioning of mission critical facilities. At CloudHQ David is teaming up with Paul Hopkins, Jeramy Utara and Faran Kaplan to form a team focused on acquiring new data center clients, expanding CloudHQ’s footprint of Hyperscale sites, and amplifying the leasing of existing CloudHQ customers. He will support Paul and the rest of the CloudHQ team with strategy, design, contracting and implementation for large-scale data center projects.
