Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Padua University Executive Master in Business Administration at CUOA Business School. He has 15 years in the staff of the company with continuous grow of the competences and responsibilities becoming also leader of the new BU called HiRef-Engineering. His main skills are related to the strong thermodynamic competences in the HVAC field, especially in Data Center Cooling and Heat Recovery systems. The experience of working in R&D department especially in the Labs and the direct contact with the field application in different part of the world and different fields of application allowed him to develop a strong attitude to problem solving.
