With more than 20 years of strategy, policy, and organizational design experience in the data center, food, and chemical industries, Kyle is a leader in EHS and ESH. In his role as Head of Global EHSS at CyrusOne Inc, he leads a team of professionals responsible for the design and development of the company’s strategic vision and long-term plans for sustainability to mitigate critical business risks.
Kyle’s career had included roles as Director of EHS for Dean Foods, Director of EHS for Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, and group roles at USFilter and Chem Waste. Kyle also sits on the planning board for Fleet Safety Leadership Council (FSLC) and has been active in National Association for Environmental Managers (NAEM). He has led the development of several innovative projects at CyrusOne including the world’s first net water positive data center in Chandler, AZ, green bond issuance in 2021, and ISO 45001/14001 certifications for key facilities.
Kyle has an MBA from the University of Central Florida, and a BS in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He’s also held various certifications over the years including OSHA 30 outreach trainer, CHMM, Smith Systems Trainer, HFACS trainer, and Associate Safety Professional.
