Olivier Labbé is an executive with a strong background in IT and energy. He has worked in national management positions at IBM Global Services, as well as General Manager of Hewlett-Packard Technology Services for France. Olivier Labbé is currently Deputy Managing Director of CAP INGELEC and Managing Director of CAP DC (CAP INGELEC’s international subsidiary). 

 Olivier Labbé relies on the double competence in IT and in energy performance, necessary for the development of Cap DC, of which he is today the co-founder and CEO. He holds an engineering degree (Ecole Centrale de Lyon). He taught for 10 years at TBS Business School (Toulouse) in e-business economics, and at Kedge Bordeaux.
