Pete Cladingbowl plays a central role in the company’s international expansion into markets where the world’s technology leaders want to grow their digital infrastructure. 

For more than 20 years, he has been creating lean and resilient distributed computing infrastructure in Europe, Africa and Eurasia. Prior to Compass Datacenters he held senior positions at Global Crossing (now Century Link), Interxion, Digital Realty and IXcellerate. 

His career has also included mission critical projects around the world for which he was responsible for designing, building, and operating complex engineering systems in mines, on oil rigs and in factories.
